Daily Chemical Industry | Easily soluble in water, it exhibits excellent foaming, foam-stabilizing, penetrating, and detergency properties, as well as resistance to hard water. As a nonionic surfactant, it shows particularly significant thickening effects when compounded with anionic surfactants under acidic conditions and is compatible with various surfactants. It enhances cleaning efficiency and can be used as an additive, foam stabilizer, and foaming aid, primarily in the production of shampoos and liquid detergents. It forms an opaque, hazy solution in water, which becomes completely transparent upon stirring, and is fully soluble in different types of surfactants at certain concentrations, as well as in both low and high carbon environments. |
